For urgent mandates — particularly turnarounds and PE transactions — we can typically mobilise within 72 hours of engagement. For standard transformation programmes, we allow 2–3 weeks to ensure the engagement is properly scoped and the right senior team is in place from day one.

Our primary focus is Fortune 500 corporations and Private Equity-backed organisations of significant scale. That said, we do work with ambitious mid-market companies — particularly those that are PE-backed, internationally ambitious, or undergoing complex structural change. We assess each situation on its merits.

For most engagements, yes — Dan is personally involved at a senior level throughout. We do not use a model where a senior figure wins the work and hands it to a junior team. The senior-led commitment is non-negotiable on our side. For very large or complex programmes, Dan leads alongside a carefully selected senior partner.

We work across three primary models: retained advisory (fixed monthly fee for a sustained advisory relationship), project-based engagement (fixed or time-and-materials for defined programmes), and outcome-linked arrangements (particularly for PE and turnaround contexts where we can align our commercial model to value delivered).
